Information for Walk-in Customers
Occupying an entire city block in North Philadelphia, Edward J. Darby & Son, Inc. is a working warehouse and manufacturing facility with a 120,000 SQFT footprint. While we welcome walk-in customers, we highly recommend setting up an appointment with a salesperson prior to your visit. Darby does not have a showroom or staging area, so in preparing for your appointment, it is important to visit our website and familiarize oneself with our product line. As of April, 15, 2020, all potential customer visits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your cooperation.
Our sales team will attempt to service your requests within a 15 minute time limit.
If we are able to fill your order on the spot, we certainly will. On-the-spot fulfillment generally applies to full 100FT purchases. Depending on available labor and our work order schedule, Darby may not be able to accommodate cut pieces on the spot. In these cases, we will advise you when your material is ready for pick up, or ship via UPS, if necessary.
Of course, all customers are welcome to pick up any order at our facility during normal business hours, with the exception of lunch, between noon and 1:00PM.
